When it asks you to create a username, please use temp followed by your current CE account name
When it asks for a password, just use password1 (your existing password will be copied over when your old and new account are merged)
Complete the process of signup entering all information required including address and credit card info

When you have completed the signup, send Patty Mulder (patty.mulder@covenanteyes.the Communities address (communities@covenanteyes.com) an email with details about your current and temporary account name and she can they will move your current username to your personal account. All of your info and settings will be moved to the new account with your username and you will now be in charge of the billing.
