You may be missing important email from college!
Outlook has recently changed the way that it handles groups. Emails that you used to receive normally may no longer appear in your inbox. If you want to make sure you’re seeing group emails in your inbox, this guide should help.
Instructions
Your groups should be located on the bottom left of Outlook, underneath your inbox
Click on ‘Groups’ to show a list of all of your groups
Click on the group you want to follow
Click on this circle with the initials in it
It will open up a pages that looks like this:
If it says ‘Not Following in Inbox’, click it and select ‘Follow in Inbox’
Note that Microsoft is changing where and how groups work all the time! If your Outlook looks different to the one in this guide, the following guides could be helpful:
