10.1 Repairs and Maintenance

Please ensure all relevant information is included - like contact name and contact details, specifics of the issues, type of maintenance - plumbing, electrical, or general, and photos (where relevant). Please complete separate maintenance requests for separate issues.
Please note that changes to flooring, kitchens and bathrooms are decided by the Property Manager. Residents are not permitted to change flooring, doors, window coverings - including blinds without prior consultation and permission from the Property Manager.
Appliances such as dishwashers and air conditioners are not supplied by college for student housing and the Property/Maintenance Team are not responsible for repairing them or replacing them. If the appliance stops working, it is the responsibility of the resident to get it repaired, replaced or disposed of.
