05.9 Re-Marks and Appeals

For information on re-marks see the Academic Appeals Policy at http://moore.edu.au/about/policies .

A student may consider that the mark awarded does not reflect the quality of their work. Students wishing to query an examination or assignment mark are encouraged to reach out to their tutor in the first instance. However, they are not obliged to do so and can discuss the mark with the Unit Coordinator concerned. This discussion should normally happen within five working days of receiving the mark. If the student is not satisfied with the outcome of the discussion the student may formally appeal against the grade awarded. The appeal for a re-mark should be lodged using the link below within fifteen working days of the outcome of the discussion.
