Outlook for Windows (new):

1. Click on the Settings gear icon in the top-right corner.

2. Select Accounts.

3. Under Signatures, edit your signature in the provided text box.

4. Copy the template text and logo found here in the 2025 Outlook Signature Update Template.docx into the Edit signature box.

   1. You may need to open this word file in the desktop app first.

   2. When you paste the copied text into the new signature box, paste it with “Ctrl-V”.

5. Click Save to apply the changes.

Outlook for Mac:

1. Open Outlook and go to Outlook > Preferences from the menu bar.

2. Select Signatures.

3. Choose the signature you wish to edit and click Edit.

4. Copy the template text found here in the 2025 Outlook Signature Update Template.docx into the Edit signature box.

   1. You may need to open this word file in the desktop app first.

   2. When you paste the copied text into the new signature box, paste it with “Command (⌘) + V”.

5. Click Save to confirm the changes.

Outlook on the Web

1. Log in to your account at webmail.moore.edu.au.

2. Click on the Settings gear icon in the top-right corner.

3. Select Account.

4. Under Signatures, edit your signature in the provided text box.

5. Copy the template text and logo found here in the 2025 Outlook Signature Update Template.docx into the Edit signature box.

   1. You may need to open this word file in the desktop app first.

   2. When you paste the copied text into the new signature box, paste it with “Ctrl-V”.

6. Click Save to apply the changes.

Outlook for iOS and Android:

1. Open the Outlook app on your mobile device.

2. Tap your profile icon or the home icon in the top-left corner.

3. Tap the Settings gear icon.

4. Scroll down and select Signature.

5. Copy the template text found here in the 2025 Outlook Signature Update Template.docx into the Edit signature box. Note that the font and picture will not copy accross. You have to manually upload the logo through your phone. You can find the image here: version low DPI_Outlook emails.jpg

6. Once the image is added into the edit box, select it and resize it to be smaller.

7. Tap the checkmark or Save to confirm the changes.
