How to forward calls from your college phone to your home or mobile

If you need to work from home, you can forward calls from your work phone to your personal phone.
This article will give you the step by step instructions to set that up.

If you can’t access your phone because you’re already working from home:
You can email helpdesk@moore.edu.au to organise for this to be done for you!

Instructions

How to setup forwarding:

  1. On your work phone, Select ‘Features” at the top of the phone

  2. Use the down button to navigate to ‘Forward’ and then press OK

  3. Use the down button to navigate to ‘Fwd Busy/No Answer’, and then press OK

  4. If you haven't set up the forwarding number yet, it will prompt you to enter one.*
    Enter the number you want the calls from your college phone forwarded to and click 'Save'

  5. Select ‘Done

*Note: If it doesn’t prompt you to enter a number, your phone already has one stored.

How to change the number you’re forwarding to:

  1. On your work phone, Select ‘Features” at the top of the phone

  2. Use the down button to navigate to ‘Forward’ and then press OK

  3. Use the down button to navigate to ‘Fwd Busy/No Answer’, and then press OK

  4. Press the down button three times to navigate to where the old number is stored

  5. Click ‘Edit’

  6. Click ‘Clear’

  7. Enter the number you want the calls from your college phone forwarded to

  8. Click ‘Save’

  9. Click ‘Done’
