How to reset or change your password
If you have forgotten your current password you should perform a password reset where a one time code will be emailed to your recovery email address. If you know your current password, you can change it directly. Both operations are performed through our password reset system at forgot.moore.edu.au.
If you know your current password, you can update your recovery email address any time at my.moore.edu.au. We recommend using a non-college email address so you can receive a password reset email even if you are locked out of your college email.
If you have forgotten your password and you can’t access your recovery email address, you will need to request a password reset through the Helpdesk.
Your new password cannot contain your name, username or some common words.
For example, if your name is Matthew, a password of Matthew!2025 will be rejected, even though it otherwise meets the complexity requirements.
