09.16 Use of College Equipment

  1. The Knox Storeroom contains a range of equipment that can be borrowed for College Community activities free of charge.

To borrow these items, you will need to:

  • Borrow a key to the Knox Storeroom from Concierge

  • Sign out the item at Concierge.

If an item sustains any damage, the most recent user may be charged to replace or repair the item.

Available equipment includes:

a) Barista coffee machine

Please note: Coffee beans are not provided

b) Picnic blankets

Please note: Blankets need to be clean and dry before returning them to the storeroom.

c) Jumping Castle

d) Toys

Please note: Unlabelled toys can be borrowed. Toys from the Junior Jivers shelves or the creche shelves cannot be used without permission from the relevant coordinator.

  1. Other equipment

a)  Barbeques

To use the barbeques, you will need to submit a maintenance request. Include the date and time you would like to use the barbeques.

The Property Team will set up the barbeques undercover outside the Bread Room.

If you don’t receive confirmation by 2 days before your event, please ask the Concierge to follow up your request with the Property Team.

  

b) Pianos

The pianos in the Dining Room and KLT are available for practice.

Use of the piano is dependent upon the availability of the room and, regarding the Dining Room, due consideration of the kitchen staff.
